Combined-current drying technology, which has the merits of concurrent, countercurrent and cross current, is adopted in the drier. Since particle temperature is relatively low when temperature of hot air is the same, hotter air can be used to heat the same kind of oilseed, which will improve drying efficiency, reduce drying cost and do more good to oilseed.
Detailed drying process is as follows: the oilseed particles fall up down, while the hot air passes through the oilseed particles from up, down and side directions. So the moisture content is reduced up to requirement after long time of heat exchanging.
