YTXL Series of Combined Deodorizing Tower has dual advantages of packed tower and plate tower since it scientifically combines the two. High temperature oil firstly enters into the packed tower and makes countercurrent contact with the rising steam from Oil Stripper. As a result, free fat-acid, residual solvent and other low–volatility ingredient are deprived. As the packing in tower has large specific surface and the mass transfer is under the state of thin film, the deodorization is rapid and thorough.
Then the oil with fugitive constituent as FFA deprived enters into the hold–up section from packing section. Short-circuit is avoided by the MengMa pump's forcing circulation. So the deodorization effect is more remarkable than conventional plate tower and more consistent products can be got at the same time.
